Lit Miami already had the hardest thing to buy: real demand. Tom was booking private events through DMs, referrals, and word of mouth, and the business was growing on pure momentum. The problem wasn't awareness, it was infrastructure. Leads were coming in, but nothing was catching them, sorting them, or following up.

Restructuring the system.

Full revenue system build, currently in flight. Tiered menu pricing mapped to guest count. Dedicated lead capture feeding a HubSpot pipeline via Make. Automated follow up sequences by event type. The traction stays, the chaos goes. Every DM that used to get lost now lands somewhere with a name, a value, and a next step.

Full brand creation from the ground up. Logo designed from zero, type system locked in, color palette defined, usage rules documented. Then a conversion focused website built on top of that identity so the brand had somewhere to live the day it launched.

Logo from 1985.

Chuckiee Boy had a real business, a real customer base, and a logo that looked like it was designed on a Commodore 64. The mark was dated, the typography belonged in a yellow pages ad, and the whole identity was aging the brand down instead of up. Customers love the service, but the visual was doing it no favors.

// THE SOLUTION

Modernize, not erase.

Logo rebuild that kept the spirit of the original and dragged it into 2026. Updated mark, refined typography, cleaner color system, modern usage guidelines. Then a multi step funnel on top so the new identity actually does the lead qualification and follow up the old brand never could.

// THE OUTCOME

Looks like the business he built.

Chuckiee's brand finally matches the quality of his work. The updated mark and the new funnel system work together: the first impression sells, and the funnel qualifies. Quote turnaround dropped from days to hours and ghost leads are a much smaller share of the pipeline.
